Four high school kids discover an old video game console and are drawn into the game’s jungle setting, literally becoming the adult avatars they chose. What they discover is that you don’t just play Jumanji – you must survive it. To beat the game and return to the real world, they’ll have to go on the most dangerous adventure of their lives, discover what Alan Parrish left 20 years ago, and change the way they think about themselves – or they’ll be stuck in the game forever.

First off, I hope everyone has been having a good Christmas! I hope you’ve all eaten lots and made happy memories with your families. And for those that were working over Christmas, I hope you still found some time to enjoy the festive season! Now onto my review!!

‘Jumanji’ was my movie of choice today. And it was definitely worth the wait. It’s a fast paced movie, and I love how we get to know the characters.

The chemistry between Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Joe Jonas and Kevin Hart is spot on. These actors were made for these characters. I think Jack Black portrays teenage Bethany perfectly, he is Bethany.

‘Jumanji’ has suspense, thrills, fun, action, romance, comedy.  This movie has it all. Including Dwayne’s cocked eyebrow and smouldering looks.

This is a movie Robin Williams would be proud of. It’s got everything you could want in a movie, a more. If you haven’t seen it already, go.  Until next time!
