Director M. Night Shyamalan screened 12 minutes of his recently wrapped upcoming film ‘Glass,’ for a select Universal Pictures and Disney Studios audience. The film was met with a “Very Very gracious reaction.” Fans have been curious and clamoring for information about the upcoming film, since the confirmation of a shared universe between 2000’s ‘Unbreakable,’ starring Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson. And 2016’s ‘Split,‘ starring James McAvoy and Anya Taylor-Joy.
The film is intriguing to many because it will explore the old saying, “An unstoppable force, meets an immovable object.” Bruce Willis’s character David Dunn, discovers he has supernatural abilities and can’t be hurt. While McAvoy’s character, Kevin Wendell Crumb, suffers from multiple personalities, one which goes by the name “The Beast” and is impervious to injury. Both will revolve around Samuel L. Jackson’s character, Elidja Price aka Mr. Glass, who is the opposite of both characters. Price suffers from a deficiency where his body and bones are super fragile and prone to being broken.
